Responsabilities:
- Documentation and monitoring according to company and customers requirements
- Quality record keeping
- Control of defective parts
- Processing customer complaints in cooperation with Alpha Supervisors and team
- Coordination of sorting and rework actions
- Communication with Alpha team and customers
- Inspecting parts/assemblies visually and/or with inspection equipment
- Coordination rework and sorting actions
- Performing and maintaining all quality reporting requirements
- Understanding and following all applicable quality system procedures, performing all assigned responsibilities outlined in the system
- Compliance with all work instructions
- Following established product handling procedures consistently
- Complying with safety guidelines at all times
- Responsible for final inspection for all assigned products
- Ensure that all quality standards are met
- Control of defective products according to the quality system
- Participation in meetings
