Responsabilities:

• Documentation and monitoring according to company and customers requirements
• Quality record keeping
• Control of defective parts
• Processing customer complaints in cooperation with Alpha Supervisors and team
• Coordination of sorting and rework actions
• Communication with Alpha team and customers
• Inspecting parts/assemblies visually and/or with inspection equipment
• Coordination rework and sorting actions
• Performing and maintaining all quality reporting requirements
• Understanding and following all applicable quality system procedures, performing all assigned responsibilities outlined in the system
• Compliance with all work instructions
• Following established product handling procedures consistently
• Complying with safety guidelines at all times
• Responsible for final inspection for all assigned products
• Ensure that all quality standards are met
• Control of defective products according to the quality system
• Participation in meetings
