Your profile:
- Technical and Commercial training preferred
- Quality training or knowledge and skills preferred
- Leadership experience desirable
- Good PC knowledge
- English & additional languages are an advantage
- Flexible operational readiness/ project travel readiness / working hours
- Ability to work within a team and manage small teams
- Ability to train, supervise
- Communication with Supervisors, Client and Head Office
Responsabilities:
- Inspecting parts/assemblies visually and/or with inspection equipment
- Coordination rework and sorting actions
- Performing and maintaining all quality reporting requirements
- Understanding and following all applicable quality system procedures, performing all assigned responsibilities outlined in the system
- Compliance with all work instructions
- Great attention to customer needs
- Following established product handling procedures consistently
- Complying with safety guidelines at all times
- Responsible for final inspection for all assigned products
- Ensure that all quality standards are met
- Control of defective products according to the quality system
- Participation in meetings
- Compliance with the given plan specifications for the location
- Compliance with the quality standards of Alpha IS GmbH
- Responsible for the preparation of the hazard assessments
- Responsible for the preparation of workplace-related work instructions
- Compliance with the regulations & cleanliness of the respective test and office areas on-site
- Leadership and discipline of the staff
- Ensuring the daily recording and transfer of the working hours in the system
- Coordination of team leaders
- Assessment of the employees in collaboration with the team leaders
- Point of contact for customers
- Processing customer complaints
- Planning of all necessary resources (personnel, equipment) for respective projects
- Monitoring holidays / overtime of the employees at the site
