Responsabilities:

• Documentation and monitoring according to customer requirements
• Quality records
• Control of defective products according to the quality system
• Processing of customer complaints in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Coordination rework and sorting actions
• Communication – Site Manager – Headquarters – Client
• Participate in meetings
• Division of employees
• Order acquisition
• Practical participation in ongoing projects if required (coordination with site management)
