The quality tools, such as 8D reporting, FMEA, Poka Yoke, Practical Problem Slving, Ishikawa and 5W, are installed by our specialised department in the company of our customers. We provide a joint elaboration of the corrective and melioristic measures and their follow-up.
We are pleased to also support our customers in the production phase – from testing the prototypes to short-time sorting and retouching actions from the ongoing processes.
Upon request, we audit the process chain and we assume the complaint handling to the customer, including internationally.
