Quality Policy Alpha IS

The Quality Policy of Alpha IS is an integral part of the corporate strategy. This policy includes customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and a social responsibility that promotes economic efficiency.

 

The following principles of action apply to us:

Management and every employee commit to take all measures necessary to implement and maintain the Quality Policy, as well as to ensure and verify the achievement of the quality objectives.

To fulfil this strategy, medium-term goals have been defined throughout the company, which are regularly reviewed for compliance.

In order meet these requirements, a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 was introduced. The company uses this system to identify possible failures, to analyse their causes, and to prevent the occurrence of errors by using effective organization and structured processes throughout the company.

In this way, the company is able to deliver to the customer a qualified product at a reasonable price in competitive time.

In order to achieve the defined goals, all employees are informed about the quality management system and involved in the process of implementation and permanent safeguarding of the system.

 

To ensure the effectiveness of these and other measures: education, training, and motivation of the company’s employees play a crucial role.
