In 2007, along with Alpha Industrieservice GmbH, the bearing pillar of the current business concern Alpha Group was established by a small team, with experience in automotive, around Daniel and David Wagner, as well as Johannes Strauß. Meanwhile, Alpha Group is made up of three companies and has developed into a ‘global player’ in the field of quality assurance for the automotive industry.
The services offered range from testing, sporting and retouching, through resident engineering, to process optimisation and quality management. Thus, almost all areas of automotive production are covered – from surface processing to interior and exterior works, to vehicle glazing and even cable trees. Since 2011, Alpha ISP GmbH offers solutions for transferring employees and temporary work. In this way, staff crises and occupancy peaks from the customer can be overcome – the focus being on the automotive industry and the car supply industry. Alpha ISP also supports the recruitment and development of specialist from Eastern European countries. In order to meet the needs of internationally active customers and due to the very good connections with Romania, the company Alpha Instrustrieservice S.R.L. was established, in 2014, in Arad.
Therefore, all know-how was been transferred from Germany, by which Alpha can also guarantee in Romania its established quality standards. Today, more than 400 employees work in Alpha Group and support over 500 companies in the country and abroad in the field of quality assurance and production. In present, other business places are already under preparation, and the executive directors look forward to a dynamic growth of Alpha Group.
