- At least average studies
- Formal training or experience in the field of procedures and norms specific to the field of work (human resources)
- PC knowledge
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Driving license B category
- Travel readiness
Responsabilities:
- Preparing the documents for employment:
- Completion of forms: individual labor contract, personal data sheet, etc.
- Checking that the medical file issued by the occupational health professional is in the personal file
- Unemployment form and all other forms that must be in the file of every employee
- Preparing the forms for the termination of the individual labor contract (disposition of termination for the individual labor contract, note of liquidation)
- Registrating individual labor contracts, termination decisions for individual labor contracts or any other changes which occurred in the employees contract, employee records, in the labor card and at the Territorial Labor Inspectorate
- In case of renegotiation of clauses within the individual labor contract, at the disposition of the management, establishing the employee’s notice in regards to the changes that are intended to be brought to it (individual labor contract), according to the Labor Code
- Registrating in the employees workbook and employees records any changes that might occur, according to the laws and instructions in effect
- Keeping records, workbooks and staff files
- Archiving staff files for dismissed personnel, salary accounts, and other documents created within the office
- Preparation of retirement files according to the legislation in effect for the employees who are requesting it
- Issuing of certificates required by employees for family doctor or other reasons
- Issuing of work group certificates and bonuses for former employees of the company as well as for those who went abroad according to the data extracted from the personal files and accounts existing in the archive
- Drafting on PC certificates, forms and other documents specific to the office
- Organizing and keeping archived documents by sections, sectors, years, months
- Keep the inventory up to date
- Receiving the archived documents of the previous year (only if the laws 16/1996 and 358/2002 are respecterd) – covered, numbered, curled and sealed
- Restoring files that have deteriorated, unfolded
- Updating the archive’s current records register
- Convoking the Commission for Selection for the documents that have exceeded the retention period according to the Archival Nomenclature,appointed by the management of the company
