In 2007, along with ALPHA INDUSTRIESERVICE GmbH, the bearing pillar of the current business concern was established by a team with great experience in automotive. Meanwhile, ALPHA GROUP is made up of four companies and has developed into a ‘global player’ in the field of quality assurance for the automotive industry.
Since 2011, along with ALPHA ISP GmbH, the topic of temporary work and transfer of employees is also offered. This is how the staff crises and occupancy peaks from the customers can be overcome – here, with an emphasis on the automotive industry and car supply industry.
In order to meet the needs of internationally active customers and due to the very good commercial and private connections with Romania, the company ALPHA INDUSTRIESERVICE S.R.L. was established in 2014 in Arad. All know-how is ‘exported’ from Germany in this sense, and ALPHA guarantees also in Romania the validated quality standards ‘made in Germany’ in attractive conditions.
Today, more than 400 employees work in ALPHA GROUP and provide support to more than 500 other companies in the country and abroad in the field of quality assurance and production, besides well-known companies such as BMW, PORSCHE, DAIMLER, MAGNA etc.
ALPHA GROUP HUMANITARIAN PROJECT
The sustainable thinking is the premise of responsible actions through which we engage, locally, regionally and globally, for a future worth living for. In this case, our objective is the permanent benefit common to our customers, our company and the society we live in. That is why the entrepreneurial culture of ALPHA GROUP places social responsibility towards employees and peers at the heart of all activities.
The protective approach of the nature and resources, using environmental-friendly technologies, for which we engage ourselves in the Bavarian Environmental Pact, is for is in this context a topic as important as the commitment to socially disadvantaged people.
The ALPHA GROUP employees have been conducting for years a very valuable humanitarian activity al local level with ‘Help for Romania’. In order to continue to ensure a regular and sustainable help for people in need, it was established the organisation ‘Direkthilfe e.V.’ (Direct help, legal registered organisation). According to the Articles of organisation, the humanitarian organisation has the following objectives:
> Supporting families with many children
– school and professional training
– medical treatment
– immediate aid in form of food
– improving the housing situation
> Supporting the elderly
– food and clothing supply
– medical treatment
– ensuring a housing situation that is dignified on human level
> Welfare centres offering hot meals to the poor people
– provision of spaces
– food supply
– ‘delivery services’ for sick and bedridden persons
